This week, LD Celulose promotes activities to highlight May 18th, National Day Against Sexual Abuse and Exploitation of Children and Teens. The company has joined the national Faça Bonito campaign, which has the goal of raise awareness about the theme. Those actions are part of the LD Celulose pelos Direitos (LD Celulose for the Rights) campaign, launched in March, in partnership with the NGO Childhood Brasil.
LD Celulose for the Rights works on protection of children and teens, and promotion of a respectful workplace to all women. Starting on Tuesday, 18, will be done a masks distribution to the trained opinion formers, printed with the #agenteprotege (#weprotect), LD Celulose symbol created to raise awareness about the subject. Besides that, conversation circles are going to be held with workers, to talk about questions like what is abuse and what is sexual exploitation of children and teens; signals to perceive that a child is being victim of that; and presenting channels to denounce.
