LD Celulose on Wednesday (07/04) delivered donations to help tackle the Covid-19 pandemic in Uberlândia. The donation is part of an action plan prepared by the company, to meet some of the needs in patient care in the municipalities neighboring the future factory. Among the items delivered to Uberlândia are 119 single and double branch circuits, 10 Bipap fans and 33 masks (Full Face) for non-invasive ventilation. The donations will be distributed to the units of the municipal network, which end up absorbing the demand from the 26 surrounding municipalities, including the Municipal Internment Center and the Integrated Service Units (UAIs). The cities of Araguari and Indianópolis were also benefited. In Araguari, deliveries were concentrated at the Hospital de Campanha. The site received equipment for non-invasive ventilation, in addition to layettes and furniture to increase patient comfort. Indianópolis will receive personal protective equipment for professionals working in the front line.
